Whether you are writing a memoir, personal essays, or creative nonfiction, Story Club Cleveland founder Dana Norris will lead you through research, narrative structure, scene making, style and more. The month will culminate with sharing at Story Club Cleveland on September 6.
Creative Nonfiction of all experience levels are welcome. Each class week will feature: one Saturday in-person interactive field trip, some outside-of-class generative writing time, and one Wednesday evening class meeting via Zoom. Each Wednesday session will feature a mix of work sharing, group discussions, mini craft lessons, best practice sharing, and/or writing sprints.

Details: Nonfiction Summer Camp with Dana Norris will meet online Wednesdays August 7-28 from 7-9PM via Zoom, and in-person on Saturdays from August 3-24 with a special final meeting at Story Club Cleveland on Friday, September 6.

Dana Norris is the founder of Story Club Cleveland, a nonfiction storytelling show held in Cleveland, Chicago, Boston, Minneapolis, and Columbus.
