Workshop

The “INs” and “OUTs” of Starting or Unsticking Your Memoir

With:
Amy London

Have you sat down to write your memoir and couldn’t even start? Or do you feel resistance to going back to the draft that’s been sitting in your drawer? What if it were possible to walk your way into the action of writing without penning a single word?

Join us as we utilize the who, what, when, where, why, and how to develop tools to gather both our internal (IN) and external (OUT) assets for the writing process. Discover how actions such as organizing your materials, finding accountability, and pulling from a power greater than yourself can both start and unstick even the most petulant process.

Each week we will use questions and considerations to balance our reserves by employing two tools: one IN and one OUT. By the end of the class you will have six tools to help access your writing both in regular practice and on an as needed basis.
