How To Craft Memoir: Planning, Research, Navigating Self, and Finding Theme

A 6-week memoir course by the author of When They Tell You To Be Good and grassroots organizer, Prince Shakur, on how to craft and write your memoir from planning to actually getting to the writing. Students of this course will learn how to approach planning and outlining their memoir, especially through the lens of your own particular background and themes they aim to tackle; as well as exploring the various research methods that bring more life to the words on the page through quantitative and emotional information gathering. This will be a very useful course for students or writers at the beginning stages of their planning or drafting.
