This 6-week intermediate level class is geared towards writers who have already completed an intro class (at Literary Cleveland or elsewhere). We will read essays and discuss craft elements of creative nonfiction, such as form, tense, description, and point of view, then write together. The second hour is dedicated to workshopping participants’ work. You do not need to have a book-length project in mind, just a desire to write and hone your craft.
