Ryan Kearns

Development Director

Ryan Kearns worked in fundraising roles with The Fine Arts Association, Rainey Institute, and the Rochester Philharmonic. He performs as a violinist in the Canton and Mansfield Symphonies. In addition, Ryan also teaches the violin and advocates for the composers and musicians affected by the World Wars. Ryan's favorite authors include David Fanning, Daniel Elphick, Rainer Maria Rilke, Billy Collins, and C. S. Lewis.

Ryan Kearns is excited to be joining the Literary Cleveland Team! Previous fundraising roles have been at The Fine Arts Association, Rainey Institute and the Rochester Philharmonic. As a member of the Development team, Ryan seeks to ensure that fundraising activities and goals are met and align with Literary Cleveland. He holds a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music and performs as a violinist in the Canton and Mansfield Symphonies. In addition, Ryan also teaches the violin and advocates for the composers and musicians affected by the World Wars, promoting and performing the solo and chamber music works of Bacewicz, Ullmann and Weinberg. Ryan's favorite authors include David Fanning, Daniel Elphick, Rainer Maria Rilke, Billy Collins, and C. S. Lewis.
