Miesha Wilson Headen

Miesha Wilson Headen is the Local Voices Liaison at Loganberry Books. Her responsibility includes selecting, booking, and co-marketing with regional authors in order to sell books at Loganberry and beyond. She organizes the Author Alley, GLAAWC, and Indies Next book fairs.

Miesha Wilson Headen is the Local Voices Liaison at Loganberry Books. Her responsibility includes selecting, booking, and co-marketing with regional authors in order to sell books at Loganberry and beyond. She organizes the Author Alley, GLAAWC, and Indies Next book fairs. Miesha’s previous experience in the book industry includes Managing Editor of Millionaire Lifestyle Magazine and Editorial Assistant at Interview Magazine and House Beautiful at Hearst Magazine. She was the recipient of the Richard B. Williams Fellowship for the study of francophone African literature. She holds a BA in English Literature from Columbia University and a Master of Management from Ursuline College in Socially Responsible Leadership. She is a former Mayor of the City of Richmond Heights.
