Jacqueline Feldman

Jackie is the Programming Committee Chair for the board. She is also the Executive Director of Zygote Press; prior to that, Jackie brought services to marginalized communities through her work with Cuyahoga Community College, the Jewish Community Center, and Council Gardens. In addition to nonprofit work, Jackie writes fiction and creative non-fiction. Her short stories have appeared in Novel Noctule Literary Magazine and Pithead Chapel Journal.

Jackie Feldman is a nonprofit management professional. As a board member for Literary Cleveland, she currently serves as Programming Committee Chair. Her current role as Executive Director of Zygote Press is a continuation of Jackie’s commitment to serving the local arts community. Prior to joining Zygote, Jackie brought services to refugee, low income, and marginalized communities through her work with Cuyahoga Community College, the Jewish Community Center, and Council Gardens. In addition to her nonprofit work, Jackie writes fiction and creative non-fiction. Having moved to the U.S. from Ukraine as a child, she often touches on themes of immigration and estrangement in her stories and in her recently completed novel. Jackie’s short stories have appeared in Novel Noctule Literary Magazine and Pithead Chapel Journal. Jackie holds an MA in English from Cleveland State University.
