Dahlia Fisher (she/her) is a writer, blogger, artist, feminist, and proud mom of three. She is also a seven-time produced playwright and spent over a decade workshopping new plays as a founding member of groundbreaking theater companies like Pussycat Company which launched LGBTQ+ writers in the early 1990s, and Living Room Theater Co. that produced original works in alternative venues from the early 2000s. In her current role with the Maltz Museum, Dahlia developed two children's books, "Ari & Abigail's Passport to Israel" and "Sarah & Samuel's American Story." She writes articles for Northeast Ohio Parent Magazine and recently published an essay with the Lost and Found Project about grieving the loss of a parent. An active member of Literary Cleveland, Dahlia looks forward to teaching craft of writing classes through a theatrical lens. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in theater, with a minor in writing, and a Master of Arts in contemporary communications.
