When he's not reading Harper Lee or about Harper Lee or watching the movie or seeing the play, he teaches Language & Literature at Campus International High School in Cleveland.

He lives in Shaker Heights with Kirsten, his wife, and their children, both of whom have read To Kill A Mockingbird at school and not loved it nearly as much as their father.
