Barbara Hacha

Barbara Hacha writes both fiction and nonfiction and is the award-winning author of three books: Line by Line, Sidetracks, and Mulligan Stew. She has been a freelance editor for more than 20 years and teaches classes and workshops in libraries and other locations in the Cleveland area.

Her historical novel, Line by Line, won an Eric Hoffer award in 2014; it also received a Bronze medal in Historical Fiction from the Independent Publisher (IPPY) Awards and was a Finalist in the Best New Fiction category of USA Book News. Her short story, "Free Fall," on which her upcoming novel Free Fall is based, was a Gover Prize Finalist and was published in Best New Writing 2016, by Hopewell Publications.

Barbara has been a freelance editor for more than 20 years. She teaches classes and workshops in libraries and other locations in the Cleveland area.
