Workshop

Making Meaningful Poems Inspired by Living Poets

With:
Eric Odum

Make meaningful poems in this essential class that meets twice weekly. Together we will close-read poems by contemporary writers such as Danez Smith, Natalie Diaz, and the local poet Quartez Harris, for example. Then we will spend time creating our own new poems and receiving feedback on our work. With time and attention we can transform a good poem into something great.
