Who We Are, Where We Live, a community writing program giving voice to individuals who live and work in the Buckeye-Shaker area, culminated in a reading and celebration at Loganberry Books on Sat. 7/8. Launched in April and led by local poet and Humanities professional Cindy Washabaugh, the program offered a range of free writing workshops, pop up events, presentations by local historians on the history of Buckeye, and related community events. Saturday's event marked the release of an online anthology of original work by program participants as well as the release of interviews and profiles highlighting a few special Buckeye residents, and featured readings by residents, raffle prizes, and a celebration of the vibrancy, history, and diversity of the area.
